| Payment Method | Payment can be made by online payment link, including credit card payment via Stripe or other approved payment methods. |
| Payment Timing | After the customer accepts the quotation, Motion Campervans will send an online payment link. Payment must be completed within 4 working days of receiving the quotation. The booking is confirmed after payment verification. |

The campervan will be provided at the agreed pick-up date, time, and location stated in the booking confirmation. Pick-up locations include:

| Cancellation Policy |
Cancellation fees apply as follows:
60 days or more before pick-up
Free — or one free date change within 6 months
31–59 days before pick-up
20% of rental fee — or one free date change within 6 months
7–30 days before pick-up
30% of rental fee
2–6 days before pick-up
50% of rental fee
1 day before, same day, or no-show
100% of rental fee

| Refund Policy | If a refund is applicable, it will be processed through the original payment method or by bank transfer. Any applicable refund processing or bank transfer fees may be borne by the customer. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. |
| Driver Requirements | All drivers must be present at pick-up and must show a valid driver's license accepted for driving in Japan. Additional drivers cannot be added after pick-up. Motion Campervans may refuse vehicle handover if the required documents are not provided. |
| Security Deposit | A security deposit of ¥200,000 may be pre-authorized on the customer's credit card at booking or vehicle pick-up. The deposit will be released after the vehicle is returned and inspected, provided there is no damage or outstanding charge. |
