Service	Campervan rental in Japan (Toyota Hiace and Nissan NV200 campervans), including optional insurance plans, delivery / collection and related services.
Rental Price	Rental fees are charged per night (tax included): M1 — Toyota Hiace Campervan¥16,000 / night M2 — Nissan NV200 Campervan¥12,000 / night M3 — Toyota Hiace Campervan¥22,000 / night M4 — Nissan NV200 Campervan¥16,000 / night Nights are counted as at a hotel — for example, pick-up on Monday and return on Wednesday is 2 nights. Minimum rental period: 3 days.
Additional Fees	Additional fees may apply, including: Optional insurance plans (see below) Cleaning fee: ¥4,500 for rentals of 6 nights or fewer (no cleaning fee for 7 nights or more) Delivery / collection within central Tokyo: ¥7,000 per trip Airport delivery / collection: Haneda ¥7,000, Narita ¥12,000 per trip One-way drop-off outside Tokyo: quoted individually Studless (winter) tyres: ¥1,500 per day ETC expressway tolls Fuel (the van must be returned with a full tank) Late return fees Repair costs, insurance deductibles and Non-Operation Charge (NOC) in case of damage Parking or traffic violation fees Payment or refund processing fees, where applicable

Payment Method	Credit card via secure online payment link (Stripe), or bank transfer via Wise. Payment at pick-up is not accepted.
Payment Timing	After you accept the quotation we send a payment link. Payment must be completed within 4 working days of receiving the quotation. The booking is confirmed once payment is received.
Service Delivery	The campervan is handed over at the date, time and location stated in the booking confirmation: At our Tokyo Depot (3-11 Umibe, Koto-ku, Tokyo) — free At your hotel or another address in central Tokyo — delivery fee applies At Haneda or Narita airport — fee applies Exact parking location details are shared after booking confirmation.
Business Hours	Pick-up and return between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Outside these hours by prior arrangement only.
Cancellation Policy	Calculated from the scheduled pick-up time (Japan Standard Time): More than 72 hours before pick-upFree date change, or full refund minus a 4% processing fee 72 to 24 hours before pick-up50% of rental fee Less than 24 hours before pick-up, or no-show100% of rental fee "Rental fee" means the base vehicle rental charge only. Refund Policy	Refunds are made via the original payment method (Stripe) or by Wise transfer. Bank transfer fees on refunds are borne by the customer. Processing time varies by payment provider.
Driver Requirements	Drivers must be 21 or older and hold a valid driving licence accepted in Japan (home licence plus an International Driving Permit under the 1949 Geneva Convention, or an official Japanese translation where applicable). All drivers must be present at pick-up with passport and licence. Additional drivers cannot be added after pick-up. We may refuse handover if the required documents are not presented.
Security Deposit	A refundable deposit of ¥20,000 is collected together with the rental fee. No credit card registration or pre-authorisation is required. After the vehicle is returned, any charges (ETC tolls, fuel, damage, etc.) are deducted from the deposit and the balance is refunded. If the charges exceed the deposit, only the difference is invoiced.
