How do I make a reservation?
Submit your preferred dates, vehicle, and options through our online form. A quotation will be sent within 48 hours.

Please complete payment within 4 working days of receiving your quotation. Your booking is confirmed after payment verification.

What is the minimum rental period?
Minimum rental is 3 days, depending on the vehicle type. Many guests enjoy week-long or extended trips.

60 days or more before pick-up: Free cancellation or free reschedule within 6 months (subject to availability)
31–59 days before pick-up: 20% of rental fee, or one free reschedule within 6 months
7–30 days before pick-up: 30% of rental fee
2–6 days before pick-up: 50% of rental fee
1 day before, same day, or no-show: 100% of rental fee
Q. Can I cancel due to an emergency?
Yes — if you provide an official medical certificate, the cancellation fee may be waived when rescheduled within six months. -

Q. What types of vehicles do you offer?
Our fleet mainly features customized Toyota Hiace campers, equipped with beds, lighting, and storage—everything you need for a comfortable trip.

Where can I pick up or return the vehicle?
You can pick up or return your camper at several Tokyo locations, including Kiyosumi-Shirakawa, Asakusa, and Shibuya.

What should I do in case of trouble or an emergency?
Please contact our 24-hour support center. We’ll assist you immediately and connect you with our insurance partner or nationwide roadside service if needed.

Q. Where do I collect the camper?
Pick-up is arranged at your designated location. The hand-over and briefing take about 30–40 minutes.

When do I need to pay?

Q. What should I bring on the day?
All drivers must be present at pick-up to show licenses and sign the contract. Additional drivers cannot be added afterward.

Q. What are your business hours?
Open year-round (closed on select public holidays), 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Q. Can I pick up early or return late?
Yes, upon prior request and subject to availability and extra fees.

Q. When will my deposit be refunded?
Deposits are usually released 5–7 working days after return, depending on ETC tolls or repair quotations.
Insurance & Coverage

Q. What insurance is included?
Unlimited bodily / property liability (¥200,000 property deductible), passenger coverage up to ¥30 million, nationwide roadside service, and legal-expense cover up to ¥2 million.

Q. When is insurance not valid?
No police report, unlicensed or intoxicated driving, unauthorized driver, or driving outside the rental period.

Q. What’s the difference between vehicle and property deductibles?
Vehicle deductible – damage to the rental camper itself: ¥100,000 (drivable) / ¥200,000 (undrivable).
Property deductible – damage to another person’s property (car, fence, vending machine, etc.): ¥200,000 flat.
Each applies per incident.

Q. What is NOC (Non-Operation Charge)?
A fee for loss of use during repair: ¥250,000 if drivable back / ¥400,000 if undrivable.

Q. Can you show examples?
• Light scratch: vehicle deductible ¥100,000 + repair ¥40,000 + NOC 3 days (≈ ¥30,000) → ≈ ¥170,000–¥180,000 total
• Vending-machine collision: vehicle deductible ¥100,000 + property deductible ¥200,000 + repair ¥40,000 + NOC 3 days (≈ ¥30,000) → ≈ ¥370,000 total

Q. What does the roadside service include?
24/7 nationwide support: on-site response, phone assistance, towing up to 150 km, jump-start, locked-key help, and spare-tyre replacement.
Not covered if rental terms are violated.
